Sheeting, cutting and shaping dough determine not only the appearance of the finished product, but also the consistency of its weight. Manual shaping can produce results that vary between shifts and are difficult to standardize.
With MONO's sheeting technology, we progressively reduce dough to your specified thickness. Alexander Solia's multifunctional cutting, dividing and processing machines give us the flexibility to cover everything from 30 portions per day to 4,000 kg per hour, with the assurance of a single specialist brand.
We work with you to select the right mold and line combination, then use trial production, calibration and operator training to establish weight standardization from day one.
