A SWEET FEAST
A sweet feast with endless flavors! Countless variations with fillings and toppings in every color of the rainbow. Sometimes they are even decorated with famous biscuits or chocolate sticks. Donuts are served in many settings, in mini or maxi sizes and a wide range of formats.
This fried treat is known around the world as a donut, but every region has countless variations. In Germany it may be called a 'Berliner' or 'Krapfen', and in Italy a 'Bombolone'. Differences are found in the dough type, product shape and size, and types of filling and topping.
Donut dough is generally made from an enriched, soft and pre-fermented dough. Gentle dough handling is therefore required throughout production. In ENDOTEK's donut-production approach, the dough is planned to preserve product quality through shaping, proofing, frying and cooling.
