These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the terms governing the use of this website operated by ENDOTEK Mühendislik Müşavirlik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("ENDOTEK"). By visiting or otherwise using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose and Scope
This site is published to provide information about ENDOTEK's industrial food-processing equipment, technologies, services and reference projects. These Terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the site. Content shared on the site is for general promotional purposes; it does not constitute a binding offer or contract. The site does not provide a shopping cart, online payment or direct-to-consumer sales transactions.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. ENDOTEK reserves the right to update, modify, or temporarily or permanently remove the site and its content without prior notice.
3. User Obligations
When using the site, you agree not to act in a manner contrary to applicable legislation, the rights of third parties or generally accepted ethical rules; and not to take any action that could harm the site, its systems or other users (including unauthorized access, distributing malicious software, sending excessive automated requests, etc.).

Product, capacity and technical specification information on the site is provided for promotional purposes and may change over time. The final technical specifications applicable to a project or order will be confirmed separately with ENDOTEK in writing. You may not reproduce or distribute the content for commercial purposes without ENDOTEK's prior written permission.

All text, images, technical drawings, videos and other content on the site belong to ENDOTEK or the relevant rights holders and are protected under intellectual property legislation.
6. Trademarks and Logo Use
The "ENDOTEK" trademark, logo and corporate identity elements belong to ENDOTEK. It is prohibited to use, copy or attempt to register them without ENDOTEK's prior written permission.

6. Force Majeure
ENDOTEK shall not be liable for any access problems that may occur on the site as a result of events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure outages, legislative changes, etc.).

Access to the site may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates or temporary problems in the hosting infrastructure. ENDOTEK shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such temporary interruptions.
8. Decisions Made by the User
Commercial, technical or investment decisions made on the basis of information on the site are the sole responsibility of the user. Binding technical and commercial terms for a specific project will be clarified only through separate written discussions with ENDOTEK.

We use third-party infrastructure/hosting providers to host our site. Information is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary for the site to operate. We use Google Analytics to measure visitor statistics and Google Tag Manager infrastructure to manage it; these tools operate only when you consent to "Analytics Cookies" in your cookie preferences, and no data is sent to Google unless you have given consent. Necessary cookies: required for the site's basic functions to operate and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies: used to measure visitor statistics through Google Analytics; active only when you consent to this category. Marketing cookies: intended for advertising/targeting; currently not active on the site. If marketing tools are added in the future, this table will be updated and those tools will begin operating only when you consent to the relevant category.
4. Social Media Links and Third-Party Services
Our site may contain a social media link to our LinkedIn company page. Clicking this link takes you to LinkedIn's website. ENDOTEK does not use LinkedIn Insight Tag, a LinkedIn pixel or similar tracking code on this page; LinkedIn's own cookies and data-processing practices are subject to LinkedIn's own policies.
Font files used on the site are served locally, so no request is sent to Google servers for font loading. The map on the contact page opens through Google Maps only when the user clicks “Load map”; Google's own privacy terms then apply.
The site uses Google Analytics to measure visitor statistics (pages viewed, on-site interactions — form submissions, phone/email/WhatsApp link clicks, file downloads, etc. — and device/browser information); this tool is managed through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics starts operating only when you consent to the "Analytics Cookies" category in your cookie preferences; no data is sent to Google unless you have consented and have not subsequently withdrawn that consent. Data collected by Google Analytics is subject to Google LLC's own privacy policy and may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. The site does not use a Facebook/Meta pixel, YouTube embed code or any other third-party advertising/marketing tracking tool; if one is added in the future, this policy will be updated.

As ENDOTEK Mühendislik Müşavirlik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("ENDOTEK"), we value the lawful processing of personal data as the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). This Information Notice has been prepared to inform you pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK. This notice does not replace the Privacy Policy, which explains the site's general privacy approach; the two are separate documents that complement each other.

2. Scope
This notice covers the processing of personal data of persons who visit our website, complete the contact form on the site, or contact us directly by email or telephone. Data processing activities relating to ENDOTEK employees, job application processes, or transactions outside this site are outside the scope of this notice.
3. Personal Data Processed
When you complete the contact form on the site or contact us by email/telephone, we may process your identity and contact data, including your full name, company name, country, email address, telephone number and message/request content. In addition, only if you consent to "Analytics Cookies" in your cookie preferences, we may process usage data such as the pages you visit through Google Analytics, interactions you carry out on the site (form submissions, phone/email/WhatsApp link clicks, file downloads, etc.) and your device/browser information; for details, see the Cookie Policy. Within the server infrastructure used to host the site, standard technical log records (e.g. IP address, browser information) may be kept automatically by our hosting provider.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed to evaluate and respond to your request/message, carry out sales and quotation processes, meet technical support and service requests, conduct communication activities, analyze the use and performance of the site (only if you consent), and fulfil our legal obligations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose incompatible with these purposes.
5. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed on the basis of KVKK Article 5/2(c), "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," for sales/quotation requests, and Article 5/2(f), "being necessary for the data controller's legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," for general information and support requests; separate explicit consent is not required for these processing activities. Usage data processed through Google Analytics is processed on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Article 5/1; this consent is given by approving "Analytics Cookies" in the cookie preferences panel on the site and may be withdrawn at any time through the same panel or the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
6. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically and directly from you through the contact form on our website, emails sent directly to [email protected], or telephone conversations with us (+90 312 343 10 80).
7. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared only to the extent necessary to perform our services, with the suppliers providing the site's hosting/infrastructure services and with authorized public institutions and bodies. Our domain name/content delivery (CDN) service is provided by Cloudflare, Inc., and hosting by Hostinger; font files are served locally. The map is loaded from Google Maps only after the user chooses to open it; In addition, only if you consent to analytics cookies in your cookie preferences, your visitor statistics may be processed through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services belonging to Google LLC on that provider's servers outside Türkiye. Accordingly, limited data necessary for the site to operate technically (e.g. technical log records such as IP address and browser information) and, if you consent, analytics usage data may also be processed outside Türkiye by these service providers. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the amendment made to Article 9 of the KVKK by Law No. 7499: to a country whose adequacy is determined by the Board, where appropriate safeguards (e.g. a standard contract notified to the Board) are provided, or in the exceptional cases specified in the Law.
8. Retention Periods for Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period required for the processing purpose and the limitation periods stipulated in the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
9. Data Security
ENDOTEK takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data in its possession and unauthorized access to that data.
10. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if processed, to request information about it; to learn the purposes of processing and whether it is used for those purposes; to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion/destruction under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK; to request notification of the third parties to whom the processing has been transferred; to object where a result that is adverse to you arises solely from analysis by automated systems; and to request compensation for damage incurred as a result of unlawful processing.
