Technology & Test Laboratory
At our technology and test center in Düsseldorf, we test your products and processes under real production conditions.
Trying a new product or recipe directly on the production line is risky; a test environment removes that risk.
At our technology and test center in Düsseldorf (DE), you can run product and process trials on a pilot line that matches real production equipment one-to-one. With calibrated equipment, trained operators and repeatable test protocols, you can optimize a new recipe, compare different equipment configurations, or train your team on a new technology, all in a controlled environment, without stopping your production line.
Our test center is the safest way to validate theory before taking it to the field; results are shared in a standard report format and feed directly into your investment decisions.
OUR TEST PROCESS
Validate Before You Produce
- Let's share your test request, product and recipe goals with our technical team and draw up a trial plan.
- Let's define test conditions, sample size and success criteria together on the pilot line.
- Let's run the tests under real production conditions with a repeatable protocol and measure product and process performance.
- Let's report the results in a standard format and provide concrete recommendations for the production transition.
